DRD encourages entrepreneurial enterprises, gives advice to companies on how to organize work with PWDs of various disabilities and arranges partnerships with companies and initiation of work by PWDs.
DRD has supported the initiation and development of businesses and enterprises of PWDs in Bao Loc, Bien Hoa, Dong Thap, and HCMC. Currently DRD promotes establishing PWD enterprise clubs, has established a wide network for recruitment of PWDs with businesses in HCMC and to jobs markets in HCMC and Dong Nai.
