DRD continues its advocacy activities for an accessible city by contributing efforts and a voice for raising the community’s awareness on disability and accessibility, while promote the action of creating a friendly and accessible environment for people with disabilities in Ho Chi Minh City. Under volunteers’ assistance, DRD surveyed the accessibility of public buildings and places and displayed them on a map as a guidance for people using wheelchairs in Districts 1 and 3.
DRD consults and designs accessible features in public buildings such as at Ho Chi Minh City University of Nature, Ho Chi Minh City Open University.
