After more than 4 months of launching, 1forchange campaign has been receiving contributions of many individuals and organizations. The total amount of financial donation is 174,433,168 VND, 3104 USD, 457 AUD, 350 EUR, and 2000 W (at 30/09/2014). 1forchange Facebook page reached 2,276 Likes and hundreds of likes and shares information from the community.
In addition to online activities, DRD has introduced 1forchange to all events that DRD had the opportunity to attend such as Universities Tour "A world for all" and monthly music events which were held at DRD's Clubhouse Life is Beautiful. It is encouraging that 1forchange has received much love and support from the community. In University Tour on 09/11/2014 College of Broadcasting II (VOV II), more than 200 students and teachers have contributed nearly VND 1,500,000 for the campaign and introduce to the campaign's friends and family. In the monthly concert, Ms. Luu Thi Anh Loan, Acting Director Center DRD often share a meaningful message to their friends and family as well as promise to accompany the campaign to bring more opportunities for people with disabilities. There are also individuals, organizations and anonymous contributors sent donations to DRD.
